Perlman Properties currently serves as a development manager for Fleisig, Rothman & Perlman Realty Investments, L.L.C., a New York based real estate investment company which currently invests in real estate throughout the Northeast.	Our Background Perlman Properties's Principal has over 17 years of management experience specializing in everything from land acquisition to final move in of the homebuyer. Our experience can be seen throughout the development of multiple single and multi family residential projects and continues the tradition as a 2nd generation homebuilder.
How Our Company is Run In the early planning stages, we carefully work with the engineers and architects to ensure that the site plan and schematic architectural designs are best fit to the marketplace and that all construction schedules and proforma budgets are accurate. We also include direct interaction with city and governmental agencies to ensure all design and building requirements are adhered to. When administrating work in the field, Perlman Properties Properties believes a proactive and "hands on" approach is critical. During construction, we monitor building trades and provide field coordination. All of our projects are managed with a highly experience management personnel along with site field managers experienced in overseeing and supervising outside subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
