Clayton Perlman, Principal

Mr. Perlman serves as the managing member of the company and is a second-generation real estate developer with over fifteen years of in-depth experience in all aspects of the development process such as land acquisition and entitlement, finance and risk management and construction and sales. Mr. Perlman has been responsible for the development of multiple single and multi family residential projects located throughout California, Nevada, Utah and New Jersey. This experience is used to analyze each project, provide development strategies and immediately identify the players and implement the particular value enhancement activities that will result in the maximum use of the land and financial reward.
